Context
With 5 Squadeasy challenges to be organized between 2022 and 2023, the town of Mont-Saint-Hilaire is moving with the seasons. The town knows how to use the highlights of the year to strengthen cohesion between its teams in a fun and innovative way, promoting physical and mental well-being and quality of life. What more could you ask for?
Objectives and implementation
The starting point was to mobilize employees and residents through a program that improved internal cohesion, using the Squadeasy application.
Encourage them to integrate physical activity and ecological awareness into their daily lives, while using a digital tool as a means of internal communication and support for the city's values and objectives.
