In December, the Séché Environnement advent calendar was dedicated to #Health #Safety. Nearly 1,100 employees divided into 150 teams took part in quizzes, photo challenges and sporting challenges.
We'll let you discover in two scrolls how Séché used its connected challenge as a key tool for internal engagement and communication.
As 2022 comes to an end, the Séché group, together with Squadeasy, has mobilized over 1,000 employees during the "Blue Monday" period, around topics such as health and safety.
Séché's objectives were to boost safety culture within the Group, prevent #MSD and share best practices in a spirit of collaboration, cohesion and also... competition!
During these 24 days of challenge, they had the opportunity to be versatile and thus to practice 8 decarbonized mobility activities: walking, active walking, running, cycling, electric cycling, hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
