CNP Assurances, a global player in the insurance industry, engages its teams through sports and CSR challenges. The SquadEasy application mobilizes thousands of employees in France and abroad around issues of sustainable development and health.
Objectives and implementation
Use the application to improve internal cohesion and links between employees. Use fun challenges and physical activity (running, walking, cycling, etc.) to reach a common goal as a team. Involve employees in supporting two humanitarian associations helping the Ukrainian people.
Whether on foot, by bike or in a wheelchair, the 2,234 participants, divided into 315 teams, rallied together to cover 280,000 km, or 7 times around the Earth.
Guaranteed success
Their initial goal was ambitious, but thanks to their perseverance, they exceeded all expectations, having already completed the distance 16 days before the end of the challenge.
As a result, the final target was raised to 384,400 km - the distance from the Earth to the Moon - to unlock an additional donation of 10,000 euros for the two selected charities.
