Deprived of seminars for two years, Solution BI employees reconnected through the One solidarity challenge on SquadEasy.
More than 200 participants took on sports and environmental challenges, leading to the planting of 10,000 trees in Canada.
Following this success, three more challenges were launched, further strengthening the group's global cohesion !

the reasons for success
Context
Mutual support and enthusiasm are strong values in the Solution BI DNA throughout the world. Employees used to live and embody these values at annual seminars held around the world.
Due to the pandemic, they didn't get together for 2 years. The company therefore launched the Solution BI One challenge, during which employees had the opportunity to challenge themselves and exchange around sports and solidarity missions.
Objectives and implementation
The main objective was to strengthen cohesion within the company worldwide. Solution BI therefore chose to involve the whole group in a CSR action common to all 5 continents: to take part in a solidarity and environmental challenge to reforest Canada with the Tree Canada association.
Guaranteed success
Solution BI rallied over 200 participants around this challenge, with activities common to all countries and quizzes on corporate culture. Thanks to this challenge, 10,000 trees were planted.
Following the success of this first edition, three other challenges have followed to date, despite the teams' return to the office.
