The Societe Generale Foundation has set up a tailor-made sports and connected challenge to engage and mobilize its employees in support of a solidarity cause.
Goals and set-up
At SG, each year is an opportunity to come together around a particular initiative: transforming a company into a global solidarity movement. The aim? Mobilize employees in 56 countries in an adventure that goes beyond the confines of the office.
On the SquadEasy app, teams work together to support local associations, while improving their own health and well-being.
Guaranteed success
Clearly, the figures speak for themselves: over 3 million kilometers covered by more than 5,000 teams. And to top it all off, a mission of solidarity was accomplished.
Teams more united than ever, with 96% of participants already ready to take on a new challenge. Finally, an invitation to reconnect, not only with colleagues, but also with the fundamental values of the company.
